Customers and business partners expect a comprehensible sustainability strategy and, ultimately, a well-founded assessment of it. For this reason, we had ourselves assessed for the first time in 2023 by EcoVadis, the world's most reliable provider of sustainability assessments.

Not least thanks to our initiatives in the area of corporate social responsibility, we were awarded the bronze medal at the first attempt. Incentive enough to consistently implement numerous suggestions for improvement from EcoVadis in order to undergo another assessment in 2024. With success, as the new silver rating comes with the addition of being among the top 15 per cent of companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide.

We were able to significantly improve our sustainability performance in all of the subject areas used by EcoVadis for the assessment and were awarded an ‘Advanced’ rating in all assessment fields: environment, labour and human rights (social responsibility), ethics, sustainable procurement

The EcoVadis methodology is based on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact and ISO 26000. As part of the EcoVadis assessment process, a team of international sustainability experts analyses and reviews the company data provided (supporting documents, 360 Watch results, etc.) to create reliable ratings. These take into account the company's industry, size and geographical location.
